Butpoor circulation can lead to tingling, numbness, cramps, and pain. With poor circulation, you may not feel likeexercising at all. But physical activity can help ease your symptoms. Walking is a great way to start gettingactive and improve your circulation.Even though it may be painful at first, walking at any pace will help blood flow throughout the body. Start slowlyand gradually increase your pace and distance. If you notice pain, stop and rest until the pain goes away.Keep adding a few minutes to your sessions. Eventually try to walk 50 minutes, at least 3 to 5 times a week.After 6 to 8 weeks, people have been able to nearly double their walking distance.
